BREAKOUT ROOMS:

Touch, smell and taste food-tech for yourself as Founders launch new products and host live tasting sessions to small groups of delegates at the summit.

Experience microbial fermentation, neuroscience technology, materials science and plant-based meat alternatives.

COFFEE BREAKS AND LUNCHES:

We’re working with the Marriot Marquis’ chef to ensure innovative food and drinks take center stage on the summit menu over the two days.

START-UP TECHHUB:

Interact with eight early-stage start-ups disrupting the food-tech sector with innovative technologies in alternative meat, seafood and dairy, nanofiltration and waste reduction at the TechHub exhibition area.

GONE IN 60 SECONDS:

Six early-stage innovators will each present a 60-second snapshot of their technology before the audience votes for four finalists to present later at the summit and a winner is chosen.

INNOVATION CHALLENGES:

Danone North America and Givaudan have set TWO different Innovation Challenges. The three finalists for each challenge present live in a finale before the winners are crowned.
