El Hadji Dioum
El Hadji Dioum leads Rousselot’s scientific innovation efforts across North America, driving the development and validation of next‑generation bioactive collagen peptide solutions. He focuses on building strategic collaborations with Clinical Research Organizations and leading academic experts to advance the scientific evidence behind emerging benefit areas. His work plays a central role in substantiating targeted claims through proprietary collagen peptide compositions designed to modulate specific biological pathways.
With more than 15 years of experience in molecular biology and nutritional science, El Hadji has a strong track record of research leadership and breakthrough work in metabolic health and functional nutrition. Prior to joining Rousselot, he served as a Principal Scientist at PepsiCo and as a Scientist Specialist in Diabetes and Metabolic Health at the Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences. He began his scientific career with a Postdoctoral Fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
