Eris leads multidisciplinary teams to support some of the world’s most renowned brands and multinational organisations in developing healthier, more nutritious products while building resilient, sustainable and future‑ready supply chains. His work spans strategic guidance, technical insight and innovation delivery: helping clients make science-led, informed decisions in the face of complex global challenges, and bring impactful solutions to market.
Before joining Sagentia Innovation, Eris was a Wellcome Postdoctoral Fellow in yeast genetics at the University of Edinburgh and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
Eris holds a degree in Biochemistry from Oxford University and a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Dundee University.
