Florian is Vice President R&D Foods Science & Technology (S&T) and Site Leader at Hive, Unilever’s Global Foods Innovation Centre in Wageningen, Netherlands. In this capacity, Florian leads strategic research and development initiatives for Unilever’s Foods business, driving innovation at scale and fostering collaboration across global teams. Florian has 20+ years of Food industry experience and held R&D Leadership roles globally, driving innovation, research, and ventures building for major Food companies across the world. Florian earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Geneva, and completed post-doctorate fellowships in the United States and United Kingdom.
