Kim Fisher directs programs at UC Davis’s Innovation Institute for Food & Health, where she recently led the Science of Metabolic Hormones: Precision Nutrition in the Ozempic Era conference. Drawing on experience with pharma pipelines through her work with Breakthrough T1D, she advises food and ingredient leaders on how GLP-1 innovations are transforming nutrition, appetite, and consumer behavior. She also runs Food and Health Angels, investing in early-stage companies.
