Matteo is the investment manager at Grey Silo Ventures, the leading Italian agri-food tech CVC, from the family owned Cereal Docks group, the largest agribusiness company in the country, involved in the transformation of commodities into food, feed and pet food ingredients.
He started in 2022 at the very inception of the fund, helping to shape the investment thesis and strategy, and then leading the first 12 investments that compose the current portfolio.
Prior to GSV Matteo served as one of the investors at the leading Italian business angels association, where he gained exposure to VC investments, and as a strategy consultant at Accenture.
