Dr. Ratna Mukherjea is the Global R&D Leader for ICL Food Specialties where she oversees the R&D and Front End Innovation teams for the ICL food ingredient portfolio. Ratna has over 25 years in Nutrition and Food Innovation and has held global R&D leadership roles at DuPont, IFF and Benson Hill. Ratna's passion for FoodTech, BioTech and Nutrition has kept her active in professional, academic and non-profit organizations. Ratna has a PhD in Nutrition from University of Maryland and Post Doc from University of California-Davis.
