Shayna Harris is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Supply Change Capital, a venture capital firm investing in technology to transform the food system. Shayna's operating experience spans two decades and over 20 countries. She has overseen rapid growth as a C-Suite executive at venture-backed start-ups, including Farmer's Fridge and Sourcemap. Earlier in her career, she pioneered the sustainable procurement program at Mars and launched and led several industry-wide sustainability leadership initiatives. Shayna serves on the boards of Aqua Cultured Foods, Celleste Bio, Helios AI, PartnerSlate, and the non-profit Naturally Chicago. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a dual BA in International Relations and Political Science from Boston University. A multilingual Fulbright Scholar, Shayna was named a Chicago Business Journal Woman of Influence and a Top Emerging VC by Venture Forward. She is also a published author and a contributor to Forbes
