Shayna Harris
Shayna Harris is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Supply Change Capital, a firm investing in early-stage technologies transforming the food system. With over two decades of global operating experience across 20+ countries, Shayna has driven rapid growth as a C-Suite executive at venture-backed startups, including Farmer's Fridge and Sourcemap.
At Mars, she developed enterprise-level strategies for commodity risk management and supply chain resilience, and founded several industry-wide leadership initiatives. Shayna serves on several boards, including Celleste Bio, Helios AI, PartnerSlate, and the non-profit Naturally Chicago. A multilingual Fulbright Scholar, Shayna holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a dual BA in International Relations and Political Science from Boston University. Her achievements have earned recognition as a Chicago Business Journal Woman of Influence, Inc Female Founders 500, and a Top Emerging VC by Venture Forward.
