Tara Glasgow
Tara Glasgow is Executive Vice President and Chief Science Officer at PepsiCo, where she leads the company’s global R&D organization with a bold vision for transformational innovation, scientific excellence, and a sustainable future.
Since joining PepsiCo in 2022, Tara and the R&D team have accelerated the evolution of the company’s global foods and beverages portfolio by reinventing the innovation model; advancing product functionality and leading with a deep understanding of the human needs to solve.
With nearly 30 years of experience across the consumer packaged goods industry, Tara combines human and scientific insights to create meaningful solutions that drive growth. Prior to PepsiCo, her leadership shaped innovation for global brands such as Reckitt and Johnson & Johnson, where she revitalized product pipelines, strengthened supply resilience, and set new standards for quality and care.
Tara holds a BS in Textile Engineering from Philadelphia University and a MS in Materials Engineering from Drexel University and is based in New York.
